WFP framework agreement in partnership with Mokoro to provide evaluation services 2012 –2016. Multiple evaluations including a major evaluation of WFP’s school feeding policy and WFP country portfolio evaluation of Kyrgyzstan 2008-12 to evaluate the performance and results of the portfolio as a whole and provide evaluative insights to guide strategic and operational decision-making.
